Tamika Washington serves as Secretary of You Can Skate, Inc., bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resources, payroll, and accounting from her career with a Fortune 500 company. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations and offers the Board a strong command of organizational systems, documentation, governance, and operational accountability. Beyond her professional expertise, Tamika has dedicated over 30 years to the foster care community, serving as both a foster parent and a volunteer with multiple foster care agencies. This long-standing commitment reflects her deep understanding of responsibility, consistency, and advocacy for those who depend on systems to operate with care and integrity.

Her service has also extended internationally through mission work in Africa, experiences that deepened her dedication to faith-led service, ethical leadership, and compassionate action. Tamika leads with humility, diligence, and purpose in all she does.
