About Kaelan

Kaelan Moss serves as a Board Member of You Can Skate, Inc., bringing deep expertise in technology, digital strategy, and workforce development. A certified Salesforce Trainer, international speaker, and digital marketing strategist, he is the founder of MinuteAdmin, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations simplify systems, clarify messaging, and scale with intention.

Kaelan has trained professionals at Fortune 500 companies worldwide, equipping teams with the skills and strategies needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. He previously served as Dean of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the largest Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) in the Salesforce ecosystem, where he shaped large-scale training programs and workforce readiness initiatives.

A former student-athlete, Kaelan graduated early from the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s degree in Computer Science. While at OU, he represented Team USA in Columbia at the Junior Pan American Games as a track and field athlete, an elite international competition showcasing top emerging talent. The discipline, focus, and determination he developed through athletics continue to drive his leadership and pursuit of excellence.
