My Story

Kaelan Moss is a certified Salesforce Trainer, international speaker, and digital marketing strategist who brings world-class experience to You Can Skate, Inc. As the founder of his own consulting firm MinuteAdmin, Kaelan has trained professionals at Fortune 500 companies around the world — helping them simplify their systems, clarify their messaging, and build stronger, smarter digital strategies.

A former student-athlete, Kaelan graduated early from the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s degree in Computer Science. While at OU, he represented Team USA in Colombia at the Junior Pan American Games as a track and field athlete — an elite international competition showcasing top youth talent. The discipline and determination he developed on the track now fuel his focus and impact as a trainer and leader.

While Kaelan holds multiple Salesforce certifications, which includes his credential as a certified Salesforce Trainer. He previously served as the Dean of Marketing Cloud for the largest Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) in the Salesforce ecosystem, and is now known as the go-to Digital Marketing Advisor for software companies looking to scale with purpose. His leadership earned him one of Salesforce’s highest honors the ✨ Golden Hoodie ✨ awarded to trailblazers driving innovation and positive change.
