About Tamika

Tamika Washington brings over 20 years of HR, payroll, and accounting experience, all of which she gained while working for a Fortune 500 company. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations and has dedicated more than 30 years to serving the foster care community, both as a foster parent and as a volunteer with various foster care agencies.

Tamika’s heart for service extends beyond her local community. She has also participated in international mission trips, including serving overseas in Africa — experiences that have deepened her commitment to faith-led outreach and compassion in action.

Her work is guided by faith and a deep sense of purpose.
