Youth Pathways Initiative (Ages 18–24)
At You Can Skate, we created this program for the young adults who feel overlooked. The ones aging out of foster care, unsure of their next step after high school, or just trying to figure life out. The ones that feel like you would never be able to get an IT job because of where you live, or just the lack of knowledge on where to go or how to even begin. Some may not have support at home, and others simply need someone to believe in them. We’re here to be that support.
This program gives you more than just a class; it gives you a hands-on experience in tech, mentorship, and real-world training that prepares you for actual jobs. In a supportive, apprenticeship-style environment, students get:
